About me…

I have always loved sport and staying fit and played any sport I was able to growing up. I went on to study PE at A level and Sports Science and Business at Loughborough University. On completing my degree I slipped in to a career in recruitment and after enjoying 10 years I decided I wanted to go back to my true passion of sports and fitness.

As a personal trainer my goal is to help people who are looking to make long-term lifestyle changes for themselves. 

I want my clients to enjoy their time in the gym, studio or park with me and feel good about themselves whilst starting to become passionate about exercise again! 

I work with people of all levels of ability, from beginners to athletes, to help achieve their goals. Be it weight loss, injury rehabilitation, sport-specific training or strength gain, I bring a fun and specific approach to your training!
